Hi, I’m Kim, the founder and creative director of Style and Staged.

I originally trained as an interior architect, but it wasn’t long before I discovered my true passion, home staging and property styling. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to homes, creativity, and transformation. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a builder. Today, I build dreams of a different kind, helping clients create beautiful, inviting spaces that inspire buyers and sell homes.

Before founding Style and Staged, I spent over ten years as an estate agent, giving me invaluable insight into how presentation influences perception and price. I saw first hand how a well-styled home could completely change a buyer’s emotional response and often, the final sale figure. I loved helping clients make simple but powerful design tweaks that turned viewings into offers above asking price.

That experience sparked a deeper passion. I began collaborating with local developers and homeowners, transforming empty properties into warm, aspirational homes. With every project, my portfolio grew, along with my belief that great staging isn’t just about décor, but about storytelling, emotion, and strategy.
