Our service includes an initial design consultation, bespoke staging design, delivery, full furniture installation, and professional styling. Everything needed to present your property at its best.

Do you offer furniture rental or purchase options?
Yes, we provide short-term rental packages as well as the option to purchase bespoke furniture if preferred. Every proposal is tailored to your property and goals.

Will you use photos of my staged property for marketing?
We often photograph our work for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you’d prefer your property not be featured, just let us know in writing before installation.

Are your staging proposals tailored to each property?
Yes. All quotes are completely bespoke and based on your property’s layout, design goals, and staging needs. You will receive a personalised quote after your consultation.

What do I need to prepare before installation day?
Please ensure the property is clean, safe, and fully accessible. If the environment is hazardous or unsuitable, Style & Staged may need to postpone the installation.
Rental

When do I need to pay for my staging package?
Full payment for the initial 10-week rental period is due in advance, before installation is scheduled. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your installation date.

Can I extend the rental period if my property hasn’t sold yet?
Absolutely. You can extend the rental weekly or monthly (subject to availability). Updated rates will be outlined in your original or revised quote.

Who is responsible for the furniture and accessories during staging?
Style & Staged retains ownership of all staging items, but clients are responsible for ensuring the furniture is well cared for while in their property.

What happens if an item is damaged?
If any items are damaged or go missing during the rental period, a replacement fee will apply based on the item’s value.

Do you have insurance?
Yes — Style & Staged holds full public liability insurance. We recommend that you also ensure your property insurance covers the staged furnishings for added protection.
Sales

What does your sales home staging service include?
Our sales service includes an initial design consultation, bespoke staging design, supply and assembly of furniture, full styling, and preparation for professional photography. Once your booking is confirmed and full payment is received, we aim to complete installation within 10 business days, subject to access and availability

Do I own the furniture once it has been installed?
Yes — under the sales option, the furniture package belongs to you once installed and paid for.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed installation date may incur return or administrative fees.

Can I reschedule my installation?
Absolutely — we simply ask for 72 hours’ written notice to avoid any delay charges.
